Speaks Design Services is a chartered architectural practice with over 40 years of combined experience, helping homeowners and property investors improve the way they live and use their spaces.
At the heart of our work is a simple mission: “to empower homeowners and property investors to shape their spaces by being an integral part of the design process. Through live, collaborative design sessions, we create thoughtful, tailored solutions that reflect our clients' unique needs and aspirations, ensuring they not only love the result but feel truly connected to the journey.”
Who Do We Work With?
We work with homeowners, property investors, and small to medium-sized businesses who value well-considered design and clear technical delivery.
We also support clients undertaking higher-value or design-sensitive projects, where good design and careful detailing really matter, as well as builders and developers who need clear, buildable drawings they can rely on.
Regardless of scale or sector, our clients share a desire for practical guidance, collaborative working, and designs that genuinely improve the way spaces are used and experienced.
Where Do we work?
Based in Wrexham, North Wales, we work with clients across North Wales, Cheshire, Shropshire, Greater Manchester, the Wirral, and Merseyside.
These regions form the core of our day-to-day work, allowing us to provide a responsive, hands-on service with strong local knowledge of planning and construction.
For special or unique projects, we often work further afield, offering the same level of care, collaboration, and attention to detail wherever the project demands it.
What is our process?
At the heart of our process is the Live Design Meeting is a collaborative, design session that puts you at the centre of the process.
Whether held in your home, online, or at our office, this session allows us to explore your ideas in real time using 2D and 3D CAD.
Instead of waiting days or weeks for revised drawings, design options are tested live as you watch.
You can see what works, question what doesn’t, and make informed decisions with confidence.
Alongside creativity, we apply value engineering throughout the entire design process, carefully considering construction methods, costs, and technical detail to ensure the design is buildable, efficient, and realistic.
The result is a well-resolved design that reduces revisions, saves time, controls budget, and gives you clarity and excitement from day one.
